In order to fulfill China's commitments to join the WTO, adapt to the needs of China's market economy development, and establish a technology evaluation mechanism that is in line with international standards, China has established the China Compulsory Certification System (CCC) based on four unified principles.  

CQC is a national certification body (NCB) representing China's accession to the International Electrotechnical Commission's Electrical Product Qualification Testing and Certification Organization (IECEE) multilateral mutual recognition (CB) system. It is a national certification body that has joined the International Certification Alliance (IQNet) and the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM). CQC's international mutual recognition business with many well-known certification bodies abroad, as well as extensive international exchanges, have earned CQC a good international image.

The Japanese Telec certification, also known as the Japanese Radio Wave Law or MIC certification, is a mandatory certification for wireless products in Japan.

PSE certification is a mandatory safety certification in Japan, used to prove that motor and electronic products have passed safety standard tests under the Japanese Electrical and Material Safety Law (DENAN Law) or international IEC standards.

The "CE" mark is a safety certification mark that is considered a passport for manufacturers to open and enter the European market. CE stands for European unity. Products bearing the "CE" mark can be sold within the member states of the European Union without meeting the requirements of each member state, thus achieving free circulation of goods within the EU member states. Simply put, CE certification is a mandatory certification for products entering the European market.

RoHS is a mandatory standard established by EU legislation, and its full name is the "Restriction of Hazardous Substances" directive. This standard has been officially implemented since July 1, 2006, mainly used to standardize the material and process standards of electronic and electrical products, making them more conducive to human health and environmental protection. The purpose of this standard is to eliminate six substances, including lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (note: the correct Chinese name for PBDE refers to polybrominated diphenyl ethers, which is an incorrect statement), from motor and electronic products, and specifically stipulates that the lead content cannot exceed 0.1%.

FCC stands for Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and FCC certification is a mandatory certification for electronic products entering the US market. Involving over 50 states, Colombia, and territories within the United States.

IC stands for Industry Canada, a government agency responsible for certifying electronic and electrical products entering the Canadian market. Its responsible products are roughly divided into: broadcasting and television equipment, information technology equipment, radio equipment, telecommunications equipment, engineering and medical equipment, etc.

The Civil Aviation Administration of China has issued the "Lithium Battery Air Transport Specification" to all air transport companies, which clearly requires that lithium batteries must undergo UN38.3 testing by CNAS accredited laboratories before air and sea transportation. All airlines must receive the UN38.3 qualification report and transportation certification for lithium batteries before accepting them for transport.

The main goal of the CB system is to promote international trade by promoting the standardization and coordination of national and international standards, as well as cooperation with product certification bodies, in order to bring manufacturers closer to the ideal goal of "one test, multiple applications".

With the continuous development of electromagnetic compatibility technology in China, a large number of electronic devices are integrated into narrow car spaces, such as navigation systems, car audio systems, reverse radar, and safety airbags. These electronic devices may emit interference signals of different frequency bands to the surrounding area. E-Mark/e-Mark, also known as the European Common Market, is a certificate of conformity issued during product certification for locomotives and their safety spare parts products, noise and exhaust gases, in accordance with the provisions of the European Union Directive and the European Economic Commission Regulation, to ensure the safety of driving and environmental protection requirements.

SRRC is a mandatory certification requirement of the National Radio Regulatory Commission. Since June 1, 1999, the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) of China has mandated that all radio component products sold and used within China must obtain Radio Type Approval Certification.

Telecommunications terminal equipment and other devices that want to access the public telecommunications network need to apply for a network access license, commonly known as "CTA" in the industry for applying for a "network access license" for communication products. According to current laws and regulations in China, the state implements a network access permit system for telecommunications terminal equipment, radio communication equipment, and telecommunications equipment involved in inter network interconnection used for accessing public telecommunications networks (such as China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom). Telecommunications equipment implementing the network access permit system must obtain a network access permit issued by the Ministry of Information Industry; Those who have not obtained a network access license are not allowed to access the public telecommunications network for use or sell domestically.

Under the leadership of the government's economic department, the Taiwan Bureau of Standards and Inspection (BSMI) formulates product inspection standards for electronic and electrical products entering the Taiwan market, and requires that products must comply with safety, EMC testing, and related inspections before being authorized to use the BSMI logo. BSMI certification is a mandatory product certification that requires both EMC electromagnetic compatibility and SAFETY (safety regulations). The validity period of BSMI certification is usually 3 years, however, BSMI currently does not conduct factory inspections, but must follow the regulations of the Standards Bureau. So, the certification model of BSMI is: product inspection+registration supervision.

NCC stands for National Communications Commission in Taiwan, which mainly controls communication and information equipment circulating and used in the Taiwanese market

OFCA is a mandatory wireless certification in Hong Kong, and wireless RF and telecommunications products sold in Hong Kong must comply with its requirements and apply for certification, and display logos and recognition numbers on the products. The full name of OFCA is Office of the Communications Authority, established on April 1, 2012, formerly known as Office of the Telecommunications Authority.

The quality inspection report is a safety and performance test conducted on the product, which can be successfully integrated into other platforms such as Tmall, JD.com or supermarkets, or provided as a reference standard for consumers. According to the three-level standards (national standards, ministerial standards, and enterprise standards), conduct quality assessment, make basic evaluations, and analyze the reasons for whether the quality is qualified or unqualified. This is the main part of the quality inspection report.

JATE (Japan Approval Institute for Telecommunications Equipment) is the main registered certification body for technical compliance certification of telecommunications equipment in Japan. Telecommunications equipment compliance JATE certification requires technical regulatory compliance certification for communication equipment connected to the telecommunications network. JATE certification is mandatory and the certification body is a registered certification body recognized by MIC. The Japanese Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs, Postal and Telecommunications (MPHPT) has stipulated in the Japanese Telecommunications Business Law that mandatory certification is required for telecommunications equipment in Japan.

In order to enable consumers to have a clearer understanding of the certification marks indicated on the purchased products and to reduce the various certification fees borne by product manufacturers. On July 1, 2009, the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) announced the standard "Self Regulatory Safety Confirmation, Annex 05" applicable to portable secondary lithium battery packs and lithium cells, and included the relevant products under the self declared product category of the KC certification system.
